The Biggest Mistake in your Handstand Push-ups
My experiences and thoughts about training and other stuff. Instagram: / pana6x To show the difference on how the center of mass (or the body) moves through space during different types of handstand push-ups, how a linear up and down movement path (wide grip) handstand push-ups creates a lesser moment arm (load arm) which makes the handstand push-up somewhat easier, whereas a closer grip handstand push-up forces the body to move towards a foward and back movement, which increases moment arm and makes the bottom the hardest. To show a pull-up as an example, to show the pike push-up as example, to show 90 degree handstand push-up as an example or moment arms and load arms, to talk a bit about levers.
