By semi-land, partly by land and partly by sea, however, it is the longest, taking around 4 and a half hours. By catamaran, a faster route than the semi-land route, it leaves from the Maritime Terminal of the Mercado Modelo in Salvador, costs 150 reais per person round trip and takes around 2 and a half hours. You can purchase the voucher in advance on the website or when you arrive at the island's pier. The fare is R$50 per person, with exemptions for people over 60 and children under 5 years of age.
