Does General Khan 'Own' IDAC? Khumalo, Mokwele Fake Arrests Exposed at Madlanga Commission?

The Madlanga Commission has delivered another explosive day of testimony, raising fresh questions about the investigation that led to the arrest of Crime Intelligence head Lieutenant-General Dumisani Khumalo, Brigadier Dineo Mokwele and several senior SAPS officers. In this video, we unpack Brian Padayachee's testimony before the Commission, where commissioners questioned why General Feroz Khan's absence from the interview panel became such a central issue in the investigation. The Commission also examined why Khan was shown investigation documents before submitting his own statement and questioned whether that may have influenced his evidence. Should the NPA refuse, Mokwele's legal team says they are prepared to challenge that decision through a judicial review in the High Court. The developments don't end there. News24 has reported that IDAC head Andrea Johnson has been removed from all Crime Intelligence investigations at her own request, while the National Prosecuting Authority prepares an independent review of the Crime Intelligence prosecutions.
