2015 Elantra Stalls at Idle

Factory idle is set too low. Car stalls at idle when you come to a stop. Only stalls after car is warmed up, (driven), and at a stop. If the car is rolling, it does not stall. Foot on the gas pedal and other foot on the brake at a stop prevents the stall. No other problems while driving, and no fault codes set. Electronic gas pedal and throttle body. Factory Rep said the cams are walking in the cylinder head and that the engine needs rebuilding.
