Loudoun ES-4000 "MasterBlaster" Monthly Siren Test in Fairview, IL (10/7/25)

‪@ILwarntech‬ and I officially filmed the first Loudoun siren in Illinois, and the first siren test in Fulton County! There are only five of these sirens in the state, and they're all in Fulton County. Nobody has filmed a test in the county before us, so we were the first to discover what cycles this siren would do. The ended up testing at 9:58 and my dumbass was too by ILwarntech's tripod trying to listen to tones (they didn't go off initially) and this thing fired up. This was also the quietest siren test I've ever been to. IDK what the decibel output is for the ES-4000, but we did not need hearing protection standing under this thing (even tho it would've effected us if it went on longer). The decibel output for the ES-5000DC says 130 on their spec sheet, but press "X" to doubt. We now know that Fulton County EDSA does about 2.5 minutes of Alert for their First Tuesday tests.
