1999 Toyota Camry 2.2L 4 cylinder: P0401 part 3 - Replace VSV (aka EGR Solenoid)

Fingers crossed. Fair warning... this is a huge pain in the neck. I used WVE part from rockauto. (Not a sponsor) Part number WEL 2F1185 (OEM #25860-74050) EDIT: After 2 days and 80 miles, no codes.
