Yeosu City received a high score exceeding 96 points in the first-half citizen-centered customer satisfaction evaluation. Yeosu City recently conducted a survey of 1,031 individuals who filed civil complaints during the first half of this year, utilizing mobile questionnaires and telephone surveys by specialized agencies. The results showed a high average rating of 96.93 points, with fairness—an indicator of administrative reliability—scoring the highest at 97.20 points. In the departmental evaluation, the Agricultural Policy Division and the Marine Policy Division were selected as outstanding departments, while Hwajung-myeon and Dundeok-dong were selected among the Eup, Myeon, and Dong categories. Additionally, outstanding employees who received high satisfaction ratings from citizens in the individual evaluations are scheduled to be awarded commendations from the Mayor.
