Purple Belt Uses White Belts as Smash Test Dummies

Today we’ve got a question from a BJJ purple belt viewer named Jeremy. He asked how to get over the negative feeling of using white belts as “test dummies” for trying out new moves in Jiu-Jitsu. If you’re newer to BJJ and don’t know how this works, when you’re more experienced than your partner, you have a lot of options for how to approach a roll.
