This video is about the JESUIT MISSION STATION in Jalaphet, Meghalaya, India. First the MSMHC sisters started the mission and then the Jesuits are now collaborating with them since 2017. It is one of the most challenging but a vibrant mission station which the Kohima Jesuits have undertaken inorder to share the love of Christ with all the simple villagers. HARD LIFE, TOUGH DECISIONS and ENOURMOUS CHALLENGES, yet they survive caring, sharing and growing with the people of GOD. The short documentary was created by Bro.Isuranga Fernando SJ out of his own interest after experiencing and witnessing the simple yet inspiring life of the priests, nuns, brothers and the devoted people of JALAPHET. Their genuine kindness and love and the welcoming spirit is the sole reason for this initiative.
