After 8 years of waiting, my miracle finally came but she was born too soon, weighing only 1.4kg. Every single day, I walked into that hospital with hope, only to sometimes leave with despair. The nurses would tell me my baby had reflux, vomiting out the little milk she managed to take. Some days, instead of gaining, she had lost weight I left her heavier, but found her lighter the next morning. The fear, the helplessness, and the desperation broke me over and over again. Yet in the middle of the pain, there was joy. The day she finally grew to 1.9kg and we were allowed to leave the hospital was a victory I will never forget. After weeks of tears, reports, and prayers, I could finally hold my baby and take her home. This story is more than just numbers on a scale it’s about the fight of a fragile little girl, the strength of a mother, and the faith that carried us through.
