If there is no structure inside the pipe to support the bend, it can crease and narrow the passage of the cables. Sometimes the bend folds in such a way that the entire cable passage area becomes completely obstructed. On the internet, we find several different solutions for making bends in PVC pipes: some people use springs, others like to use sand, and there are those who even manage, through experience, to make the bend without using any accessory inside the pipe. We at Eletricity really like using the tube seal. It's used to make both 90° bends and S-bends (the famous slope bend). It's also suitable for any type of bend with an angle less than 90°. We like to use the seal tube because the process of making bends with it is quick and clean, and it's also an easy accessory to transport anywhere. Using the swivel fitting on the end of the seal tube helps when pulling it out of the tube, but you can make the bend with just the seal tube without the swivel fitting. We use it because we like to do it this way. But you might be wondering, what is a SEAL TUBE? A seal tube is a flexible black conduit made with galvanized or tin-plated steel tape on the inside and externally coated with extruded polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
