Baker Lake Sockeye Fishing - Kayak Fishing 2021

Hey guysssss! I know it's been a while and it's been a crazy year (for a lot of reasons I won't bore you with) and I haven't been able to get out much, but I'm still here. Thanks for sticking with me :) I'm getting caught up on going through older videos and will be making some new ones here shortly. This is from the 2021 Baker Lake Sockeye fishery. We camp up here every year, bring the kayaks and the dogs, and spend time with our friends fishing. This was a tough year for fishing the lake. But I caught a Sockeye Salmon! And had a minor meltdown of excitement. What can I say? I'm a very excitable person and I legit almost started crying when I caught this fish lol. We'll be back up to fish Baker Lake again this year shortly. Fingers crossed for good fishing :) Maybe we'll see some of you out there on the water! Keep it fishy.
