The Lower Florida Keys Ultimate Budget Guide 3 Days in Paradise

This is your ultimate budget guide to the lower and middle Florida Keys. We spend the first day at Bahia Honda state park. The beaches here are beautiful and its only $9 for two of us in one vehicle. Bahia Honda offers camping for $36 a night. We take you to dinner at Sticks and Forks its an Asian Fusian restaurant on Big Pine Key. The meals are only $20 or less and very fresh. The next day we get out our paddle boards and get out on the water at Sammy Creek Landing and paddle through mangroves into open water. It's totally free to park and take out at the launch. For dinner we head back to camp and Kellie prepares enchiladas. The last day head over to the Turtle Rehabilitation center where we learn about sick and injured sea turtles. This is only $35 per person and you learn so much but also get a break from the sun if you have been at it for a few days. Later we head to the Curry Hammock State Park and do a short hike through a jungle and check out that beach. Curry Hammock also offers camping for $36 a night.
