World-Class Dancer with Korean DNA | The Globalists

Matthew Min Rich was born in Korea, but adopted by an American family at just six months old and flourished under the care of his adoptive parents. He pursued his dream of becoming a dancer with their support and and has since emerged as a globally-renowned dancer and rehearsal director. He remained very curious about the country of his birth and his connection to Korea deepened when he first met Korean dancer Choi Sujin, which opened up a slew of opportunities and experiences to reconnect with his homeland. In this week’s edition of the Globalists, we sit down with Matthew Min Rich, currently a judge on the popular dance survival program “Stage Fighter” and Senior Rehearsal Director at Rambert, the UK’s oldest dance company.
