Last time, we enjoyed hanging sashimi at the renowned Kitaibaraki restaurant "Shokusai Taishin." This time, we finally got to try the long-awaited "dobushiru" (simmered fish soup). The flavor, which brought out the best in the ingredients, was exquisite and made the sake flow even more. The next day, we enjoyed monkfish hotpot at a restaurant with a spectacular view. Both the "dobushiru" and monkfish hotpot were absolutely delicious.
