SUPER BELL"Z - MOTOR MAN Vol.6 はやて&埼京線 WATERFRONT [mostly complete album - varying audio quality]

year - 2002 Here's some background info for the album and band itself. SUPER BELL"Z is a Japanese hip-hop/electronic group known for their "MOTOR MAN" series where they lay sounds of trains, station fuss, and voice recordings to resemble train announcements and other silly comments on top of various types of production. They formed in 1994 and debuted in 1999 with what is, I think their most well known song MOTER MAN (秋葉原〜南浦和) and have released many albums, singles, and compilations since then within the typical MOTOR MAN series along with other projects. I discovered them in elementary school while browsing through iTunes for other music and I fell in love with them ever since as I thought their style was quite unique and very witty. They don't seem to be the most well known group, especially over here in the states, and a lot of their discography isn't readily available on streaming over here. This is what I believe is their 5th or 6th album (a few releases from them beforehand are EPs/singles), and it's also my personal favorite from them. It features a non-stop barrage of dance tracks and a whole multi-track suite relating to the Yamanote Line. The quality of these tracks is all over the place, as some I was able to rip off YouTube/streaming and others I had to scour Niconico in order to get them downloaded. The whole "東北新幹線 はやて 盛岡～八戸" suite is quite low quality and I cannot find a better version anywhere else until I personally get my hands on this CD. I also cannot find "南武支線 (さよなら101系MIX)" anywhere and I had to replace it with what I assume is a shorter/alternate version of the song. A lot of these songs appear on their 10th anniversary remix album, particularly 東北新幹線 はやて 最速達EDIT, 秋田新幹線 こまち, 山形新幹線つばさ, 青函トンネル zone 539, and 札幌市営地下鉄 東西線 rubber scream.
