Black & Decker 20v Matrix MAX - Replace RS550 Motor

Black & Decker 20v MAX Matrix Drill/Impact I wore out the motor. These Matrix drills are still available for $60-70 or more. So, why not throw $10 at it, and see what happens. It's amazing how many of the RS550 motors are available... everywhere! ...And how many different gears/splines and voltages. The most difficult part is to remove the small gear/splines from the motor. You need heat. I used a propane torch. I saw a video using a heat gun.
