Qu’est-ce que les sous-modalités en PNL ?

Join the Newsletter and the Online Academy! Here: https://www.gilles-garnier.com/ In its early stages, NLP was interested in hypnosis through the work of Milton Erickson. In seeking to understand what Milton Erickson did, and how he did it, the concept of submodalities emerged. What is a submodality? You can read the article on VAKOG to better understand this concept. A submodality is a subcomponent of a modality. There are 5 modalities: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory, and gustatory. Each modality can be composed of subsets called "submodalities." Example: If you take the visual modality, then color is a visual submodality. The size of the mental image is another visual submodality. (Visual, because it's specifically perceived by the eyes). For the auditory modality, the distance between you and a sound source is an auditory submodality. (Let's say 3 meters between your right ear and a speaker playing music). Temperature (38°C, for example) is a kinesthetic submodality. (Because it's perceived by the body's sensations) Why are submodalities interesting to identify and work with? Read more on the blog! ;)
