Meeting at Finca "La Playa Verde": We were captivated by our visit to a French couple who left everything behind to settle in Colombia. On the agenda: a fascinating immersion into their coffee culture, followed by a memorable culinary surprise... a real raclette in the heart of the Andes! Salento & The Carbonera Valley: After exploring the famous village of Salento, we head for the mountains. We're off to the Carbonera Valley for a hike among the majestic wax palms.
