Traditional Greek Lamb on the Spit | Christmas Lunch

For Christmas lunch we went our Aunt Christine and Uncle Steve’s place for traditional Greek lamb on the spit. It was a small gathering due to Covid19 however, it made for a lovely day of eating great food with great company. We were very grateful to be there. This traditional lamb on the spit is so delicious and Steve really is an expert.
