Terry McGeechan is a tremendous pigeon fancier who has developed a top performance loft through hard work and meticulous stockmanship. Terry has developed a winning family based on GEVAERT VAN SCHOORISSE bloodlines crossed with some of the best JANSSEN based families. He flies with CORONATION FC in Scunthorpe and the ASHBY CONSTITUTIONAL FC also of Scunthorpe. The old Scunthorpe Federation has now been superceded by the new SOUTH LINCOLNSHIRE FEDERATION which regularly flies up to 6000 birds. Terrys pigeons regularly win at both Club and Federation level and some of his recent results include; 2007 - Coronation FC flew 10 OLD BIRD races and won 6 x 1sts whilst never out of the top 6. Ashby Constitutional FC won 8 x 1sts and top prizewinner (this was for 7 years in a row), Scunthorpe Federation had 7 x 1sts. Flew 5 YOUNG BIRD races and took 3 x 1sts Fed, Old Bird Inland Averages, Top Performance Bird in the Federation (6 times out of the last 7 years), Top Performance Channel Bird in the Federation (3 years in a row), Best Overall Loft Performance in the Federation, MIDLANDS NATIONAL FLYING CLUB - Champion Cock, The Prince, 3 x 1sts East Section Yearlings National. 1st, 2nd & 3rd East Section Gold Ring (only sent 3 Gold Rings), RPRA North East Region Sprint Award Winner 2005 Champion Federation Performance Bird 2000, RPRA National Award Winner, Best Young Bird 2000 (Three Times A Lady) Champion Federation Performance Bird 2007, Champion Federation Channel Performance Bird 2007, 3 times MNFC East Section Yearling National Winner 2007 (The Prince) Champion Federation Performance Bird 2003 (The Boss) Champion Federation Performance Bird 2005, RPRA North East Region Sprint Award Winner 2005 (The Gambler) Champion Federation Channel Performance Bird 2006 (The Contender) Terrys pigeons continue to win year on year and he had a very successful 2008 flying with the new South Lincolnshire Federation and at Club level too.
