Les règles pour abattre un arbre

Felling a tree is not something to be taken lightly. You must: Observe: The tree (to determine its natural lean and therefore its normal fall direction), its surroundings (to avoid damaging other trees or accidentally placing one tree on top of another – a dangerous situation!) Prepare: Your work area (cleaning the tree and the surrounding environment), your equipment (chainsaw, felling wedge or lever, manual winch, etc.) Trim: Remove the tree's lower branches (to facilitate felling) Make a cut: Cut a notch according to the diameter of the tree to be felled Felling cut and hinge: The goal is to bring the tree down with a felling cut, leaving a strip of wood: the hinge. This video is not a training course, but simply my method. I encourage everyone to take a training course at a forestry center or elsewhere before attempting to cut their own firewood. Enjoy watching this video, which I hope will help you with firewood preparation. Feel free to ask me questions (I'll try to answer them). To those who are malicious on the internet: move along!
