Be Brave. Jesus Is Here. | Bible Study with Me

What do you do when fear feels louder than faith? In today’s Bible study with me, we’re in Matthew 14 looking at the story of Jesus walking on water. The disciples are in the middle of a storm on the Sea of Galilee. The wind is against them, the waves are pounding, and when they see Jesus walking on the water, they are terrified. But Jesus speaks over the storm: “Be brave. It is I. Don’t be afraid.” If fear, anxiety, worry, stress, or uncertainty has been loud in your life, this daily Christian devotional is your reminder that being brave doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine. Biblical courage comes from knowing Jesus is present with us in the storm. Today, we’re talking about faith over fear, courage in hard times, listening for the voice of Jesus, trusting God when life feels overwhelming, and remembering that Jesus is with us in the middle of the wind and waves.
