Here’s the key concept: ➡️ Do all your design work in anatomic pontic (maximum control) ➡️ Reload the STL into the denture module ➡️ Segment the teeth manually (if needed) ➡️ Export separate STL files for base + teeth ➡️ Print independently and bond for a precise “lock and key” fit I also intentionally left in the real-world hiccups—like segmentation issues—because that’s part of the process. This is how it actually looks chairside and in the lab.
