Beyond the 7th decade - answering the question

I am swapping from 68 to 69 this year. As I grow older, there are still a lot of questions left to be answered. On this 69th birthday video, I remember that I promised to come up with an answer to the question I asked when I did my birthday video 7 years ago. "Why the seed hiding in the core of the apple?" A lot of life can be designed. But life design can only go so far. I find that the key discoveries in life are created - rather that deliberately designed. But one has to support the other. So, for those who are (like me) preparing to depart their 7th decade of life, how has life design affected your outcomes?
