Opening up their new ballpark, the Cardinals defeated fellow NL Central dwellers, the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-4. Albert Pujols launched the first Redbird long ball in their new digs, and staring pitcher Mark Mulder pitched well (enough), and hit a two-run homer of his own.
