The game is set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. With the Galactic Empire fully distracted by a massive, ongoing rebellion, the galaxy's criminal syndicates have seized the opportunity to rise to power. You play as Kay Vess, a clever scoundrel just trying to survive the underworld alongside her loyal, axolotl-like alien companion, Nix. To pull off one of the greatest heists the Outer Rim has ever seen and secure her freedom, Kay must navigate, manipulate, and work for various high-profile crime syndicates.
