You may have heard Vincent Bell even if you haven't heard of him. Bell is an accomplished session musician and inventor, playing on theme songs from Twin Peaks and Family Guy, as well as inventing the Coral Electric Sitar. And back in 1970 he had his biggest hit with a love tune written for the television drama "Airport". To cash in on the success of Bell's "Airport Love Theme", an album of similar material was recorded and released for Decca Records. And that resulted in this 30 minutes of soothing instrumentals all accented and soloed upon by Vincent Bell's trademark 'water guitar'. With the warbly six string in Bell's hands, this is almost a Moog record. Close enough for me.
