"صمون وزعتر" اسم يجمع اشهى ما تذوقه في العراق وأكثر ما يحب أنطوني في المطبخ اللبناني، بلده الأم. في الحلقات المتنوعة يزور رحيّل مطاعم ومقاهي عراقية عديدة، شعبية وراقية، يركّز على طريقة تقديم الأطباق ونوعية المنتجات المستخدمة، كما يتذوّق الوصفات اللذيذة ويقيّمها. ليعطي للمشاهد صورة عامة وخاصة عن المطبخ العراقي الأصيل والأفكار العصرية التي دخلت إليه وطوّرته من دون أن يفقد الهوية الأساسية التي يتميّز بها. رافقونا خلال شهر رمضان المبارك في حلقات استكشافية خاصة ومنوّعة من المطابخ والمطاعم العراقية ضمن "صمون وزعتر" على السومرية. .
