In this episode, we recount the extraordinary journey of the PZL M-28 Skytruck prototype from Poland to South America. The test pilot discusses the challenges of promotional flights and the plane's unexpected arrest in Florida. Eng. Henryk Bronowicki, born February 9, 1948, in Kozłów, completed his first flights as a civilian test pilot, flying 488 newly produced production aircraft: piston, turboprop, and jet, including the An-2, TB-9 Socata, M-18 Dromader, M-20 Mewa, M-26 Iskierka, An-28, M-28 Skytruck, M-28 Bryza, M-15 Belphegor, TS-11 Iskra, and I-22 Iryda. He completed over 14,000 flights in 56 aircraft as a pilot-in-command, accumulating 9,562 hours, including 3,283 hours in test flights. He made fifteen parachute jumps, including one rescue jump. He left PZL-Mielec in 1997, transferring to commercial aviation. He worked as an airline pilot for Eurolot in Warsaw. He retired in 2004 at the age of 56.
