深夜便新造船「さんふらわあかむい」2025年1月21日就航に乗船。あの西園寺さんがサプライズ出演、デビュー船でワクワクの船旅でした。

On 21 January 2025, a ticket was obtained for the debut of the new ‘Sunflower Kamui’ and we boarded the ferry from Oarai to Tomakomai. As it is a late-night service, it is mainly used for truck transport and has a passenger capacity of 157, which is only about a quarter of the capacity of a regular ferry. It was the first time for us to sail from the Tokyo metropolitan area to Hokkaido, and we were double thrilled to see a newly built ferry in service. The most special thing this time was the surprise appearance of Saionji-san. We were even told by Saionji-san that it was a pleasure to meet him again.
