Bildanalyse Architektur: Neue Staatsgalerie Stuttgart 1/2
In this image analysis, we will "dissect" the buildings of the Neue Staatsgalerie in Stuttgart into their architectural design elements. We will use compositional sketches as a tool to clarify the structure while drawing. We will analyze the formal language used to compose the building—how its visual grammar works. The goal is to identify the basic grammatical structures such as shapes, colors, textures, and materials—the building's syntax—in order to derive and explain their effect on us as viewers. A big thank you goes to the students in my current Q3 class who explored this photograph. Some of the sketches used in the video are theirs. The image folder "Masterpieces of Art, Architecture II" used for the video is available from Neckar-Verlag: https://neckar-verlag.de/kunst/sonder... –– 🎵 Track Info –– See You Tomorrow by GoSoundtrack http://www.gosoundtrack.com Creative Commons — Attribution 4.0 International — CC BY 4.0 Free Download / Stream: http://bit.ly/see-you-tomorrow Music promoted by Audio Library • See You Tomorrow – GoSoundtrack (No Copyri... ––
