Helston Railway - A visit in 2014

The Helston Branch Line in Cornwall, UK ran for about 8 miles from the town of Helston to join the mainline at Gwinear Road. It was closed in the 1960s but over the last ten years or so a group have been working hard to restore a small part of the scenic line and now run brake van rides from Prospidnick Halt to Truthall Summit. This short video was filmed on a visit on a damp drizzly day in May 2014. Helston Railway is well worth a visit, so watch, check out their website, and get along.
