Nottingham Riverside Festival 2023

Nottingham's Riverside Festival returned for the traditional first weekend in August. Once again the mile long street fair was the main attraction among many others on offer including the fireworks which are now on both Friday and Saturday nights. New this year included Henry Studt's KMG Freak Out from Wales and Kenny Raywood's XXL Sling Shot which has done many major fairs in the area this season. Perrin Matthews's X-treme KMG Speed was looking spectacular with all the lasers, smoke and moving head's as was Stanley Reeve's Atmosfear. Other rides included Albert Hollands Extreme, Bertie Hollands Waltzer, Samantha Hollands Sizzler, John Holland's Miami, Albert Barker's High Roller, Mitchell Barkers's Speed Way, Proctors Funfairs (Nottm) Dodgems, Jimmy Gooch's Ferris Wheel, Bimbo Bishton's Gallopers, George Burrow's Jump & Smile Spencer Halls Ghost Train returned along with Junior Clarke's Mad House, David Wallis's Ice Maze, Andrew Robinson's Crazy Pyramids Joe Barkers Fun House, Stanley Freeman's Simulator, Brady Turvill's Slide, Henry James Evans Run-a-way Train, and John Wheatley JNR's Spooky Towers.
