Perfect for hot summer days, family gatherings, parties, or whenever you're craving something sweet and refreshing. 💛 No baking 💛 No complicated steps 💛 Creamy, fruity, and delicious 🥣 INGREDIENTS • 150 ml (2/3 cup) cold water • 3 tsp gelatin FRUIT LAYER: • 1 banana • 150 g strawberries (1 cup) • 1 kiwi • 100 g blueberries (2/3 cup) YOGURT MIXTURE: • 500 ml drinkable yogurt (2 cups) • 200 ml sweetened condensed milk (2/3 cup + 1 tbsp) 👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS Add gelatin to cold water and let bloom for 10–15 minutes. Slice the banana and arrange it in a 20 cm (8-inch) silicone mold. Dice the strawberries and add them to the mold. Slice the kiwi and add it. Add the blueberries. In a bowl, combine yogurt and condensed milk. Gently heat the bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Add gelatin to the yogurt mixture. Beat with a mixer for 2–3 minutes. Pour over the fruit layer.
