Today I made Basil Cream Pasta with glass noodles! I used basil leaves I grew myself, 3 different kinds of glass noodles, and rolled rice paper! Side dishes are crispy hash brown, shrimp balls, and brown bread! I've been really into basil cream tteokbokki lately, so I thought it'd be really delicious to make spicy basil cream pasta with lots of glass noodles! I also added bacon, Vienna sausages, shrimp, and cheongyang chilies, so it was spicy and creamy! So delicious. Since the glass noodles were covered in thick basil sauce, the minute I tried it, it felt like my stress was gone! 👍🏻 It also had a subtle basil taste, so if you love basil like me, you'll definitely love today's food! 👀 The hash brown and shrimp balls dipped into the sauce were so tasty as well! The brown bread went great with the sauce! Both the texture and taste were perfect!
