Balance Druid Phase 2 Gear Plan Wotlk Classic

Back in Phase 1, I chose to gear toward Crit instead of trying to reach the Haste soft cap, and it worked for me! I never had over 300 Haste, and still performed pretty well. I'm taking a "realistic" approach to Phase 2, where I'm sacrificing some slots to not be going for BiS, but instead going for 2nd or 3rd BiS. With the loot system my guild uses, it really limits how many BiS items I can likely get, so I have to choose wisely, my top like 6 items I really want to get!
