Whole Grain Einkorn Sandwich Bread | Fresh Milled Flour

Whole grain einkorn bread make with fresh milled flour, makes a super delicious sandwich. I like to make up 2 batches at a time and put 3 in the freezer to pull out when we need them. Whole Grain Einkorn Sandwich Loaf  2 cups warm water 2 pkg active dry yeast(4 ½ tsp) ¼ cup honey 6 cups whole grain einkorn flour(I use fresh milled) 2 cups all purpose einkorn flour 2 tsp salt ¼ cup light olive oil or melted butter Add water, yeast and honey to your mixer bowl.  Let set for 5 minutes.  Add in flour, salt and oil and mix until combined. Continue mixing with your dough hook of your mixer for about 5 minutes. Scoop dough out onto an oiled surface and cut in half. Form into 2 loaves and place in well buttered loaf pans. Let loaves rise for 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake loaves for 35 minutes until browned on top. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then flip out and let cool completely.  *If using all whole grain flour you will need to use about 9 cups of flour total.  https://www.ancientgrains.com/
