The heart of this build is a Huron Speed T4 turbo kit featuring an ON3 billet 107mm turbocharger, 4-inch intercooler, twin TiAL wastegates, TiAL blow-off valve, and onboard air-controlled boost management. Engine management is handled by a Holley Dominator EFI system with Holley Digital Dash and Holley Smart Coils, professionally tuned by Larry at ASSC Performance. Backing the power is a built 4L80E automatic transmission with Reid bellhousing and Circle D torque converter, while a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gears, 35-spline axles, Wilwood brakes, composite leaf spring, and CalTracs helps put the power to the ground. Fuel delivery comes from an Aeromotive fuel system with ID1300 injectors, and cooling is handled by a Cold Case oversized aluminum radiator and Motion Raceworks catch can. Rolling on Weld Solana wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson ET Street SS tires, this Sierra has produced over 1,300 horsepower and is currently tuned for approximately 1,000 horsepower to the rear wheels on E85.
