Ghost negative feedback comes and goes in my eBay account.

It has been doing this for many months, and I have requested a fix for this three times. The last time I got a reply saying the feedback I requested to be removed can't be addressed because it has been over three months. I did not contact anyone requesting that a FB be removed, so I am having to assume it was not referred to IT for a fix again. It keeps appearing in the one-month, six-month, and one-year digits, but there is not text when I search to see what it is. In a few days it will be gone but will appear a few days after that, in a repetitive cycle. I am guessing forever... until it is coded out of the system by IT. As for customer service, I am guessing that they are neglecting to report it because there is no class in the request for help that is specific for these types of issues, so I am thinking they think there is no reason to address it because of that. Maybe this YouTube video will draw some attention from eBay support. If anyone else is having this problem, I guess just say it here so others can have their issue repaired at the same time.
