Mod Megadrive RGB + LED + Region + 50Hz/60Hz Euroconector SCART

Welcome to the "Learn to Solder" channel. Second video of console modifications. This time I'm showing you the mod I made to the Sega Mega Drive console to select between 50Hz or 60Hz, obtain RGB video output with stereo sound via SCART connector, as well as PAL/NTSC region selection and a bi-color LED. The SCART output allows us to connect RGB to flat-screen TVs of any size, with better quality than if we use the original antenna (RF) output or composite video output via RCA. The 60Hz operating frequency will allow us to enjoy games and music at their true speed, in addition to eliminating the unsightly black bars (on CRT TVs), and displaying the image in full screen, although on flat-screen TVs the image isn't quite full screen, it is larger than at 50Hz. The bi-color LED indicates the operating frequency: green for 50Hz and red for 60Hz. Region selection will allow us to enjoy games that were only released in Japan or the USA. Includes a video showing the final assembly with the console closed and testing the modifications. Thanks and best regards!
