Then, press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. For the filling, pour the heavy cream into a pot, grate some lemon zest over it, and add the condensed milk. Heat the mixture for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the juice of one lemon (you can also add a pinch of salt if you prefer it less sweet). Let it cool down a bit, then pour it over the crust. Leave it in the fridge to chill overnight or until the next day. Enjoy!
