Conrad Clipper – The Passenger

I had dragged the amp outside into the garden at mum's house in South West England and was in the middle of playing some pieces on the electric guitar when I heard the news that Cormac McCarthy had died. This is a recording of the piece that I was working on when I found out. By chance, I was also reading Cormac's last book – The Passenger – at the time. I hope life is peaceful where you are. We are all thinking of someone and we are all passengers. * Signal: Fender Telecaster Ultra - Keeley Compressor - TC Ditto - Strymon NightSky - Fender Princeton Reverb. The Strymon NightSky is doing 90% of the work, I'm just rolling on the volume directly from the guitar.
