Certainly, nothing like it had been done before in the Electronic Music space. The show continued to expand annually and in 2002, Dancestar was also launched in Miami during The Winter Music Conference, taking over six blocks of sand on Miami Beach. In all, six Dancestar shows were staged between 2000 and 2004 on both sides of the Atlantic with Dancestar USA 2004 credited as the most widely televised Electronic Music event in history, broadcast in over 50 countries to an estimated 600 million households. The TV shows were hosted by superstar DJs and Hollywood Stars; Boy George, Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, Juliette Lewis, Tess Daly, Rosalyn Sanchez, and Carmen Electra. Dancestar featured Live Performances from; ATB, Fragma Ft. Coco, Chicane Ft. Bryan Adams, P. Diddy Ft.
