The sun is shining in Berlin today, and I must say it's even on our sandwiches, though the second-place ones, because the first was a bit disappointing. Second place, however, reflects the old-school German pub tradition with excellent sandwiches, tasty meat, a large plate, and fries, all washed down with a nice, unpretentious lager. Ah, good, very good, simplicity triumphs here too.
