Another day, another week in the life vlog. I noticed I always have grocery runs every week.. well, we do weekly replenishment. I think that makes sense hahaha so basically, my wifey era includes grocery runs, pilates and getting ready! hahaha until I have a baby, I think the routine will mostly be the same. And we will be adding Rachel's kitchen! Since I have been cooking a lot these days, but I'm not sure if I should separate it or include in the long form video, what do you think? I always love to incorporate Pilates in my routine, then alternate with strength training and Padel for cardio. Those are our fitness goals. My next aim is to film a what we eat in a day or week, it's challenging to keep filming! But we are here for the challenge of consistency and showing up regardless..
