Blick Studio Artists' Colored Pencils- Are They Worth It?

I found Blick colored pencils at Goodwill, and I wanted to give them a shot, considering they were only $3.09! I used Strathmore Colored Pencil Paper (which worked beautifully with this paper. Finally, I picked my colors with Art Dice.
