Los Esteros del Iberá

The Iberá Wetlands In the northeastern tip of Argentina, near the border with Paraguay, lies the gigantic Iberá reserve, one of the largest and richest wetlands in the world. Until the 1990s, it was devastated by poaching. In less than a decade as a reserve, the wildlife has become abundant again, generating tourism related to nature observation.
