Ford Transit Engine Light and Low Power? Here's What We Found

We had this Ford Transit Custom 2.2, it had been to another garage who had cleared the codes, customer complaint was engine light and low power. There are a number of possible reasons for this, however from experience I decide to start looking at live data for the Turbo actuator.
