This song was written specially for the 55th Anniversary of the Public Security Force of the Lao PDR. It was called "The Establishment Day of Public Security Force" and sung by "Orm Manivong, the so-called most beautiful and popular singer of the Ministry of Public Security of the Lao PDR. This song is in Khmu dialect which is the second biggest ethnic group in Laos. Although many people do not understand the language, with its attractive rhythm this song goes viral among Lao people as indicated by the request via television and radio programs. Orm Manivong the singer of this song was born on 21 January 1989. She started her career as a professional singer for the Public Security Ministry in 2006 and now she is still on the stage and in the preparation for the 60th Anniversary of the Public Security Force which will be held in April 2021.
